Ingredients and Preparation:
|Broccoli, Fresh||3 pounds|
|Sugar, granulated||1 1/2 ounces|
|Vinegar, rice wine||2 Ounces|
|Apple Juice||3 ounces|
|Mayonnaise, light||11 ounces|
|Walnuts, pieces||4 ounces|
|Sunflower seed kernels, salted||2 ounces|
- Wash and chop the broccoli into tiny bite sized pieces.
- Combine sugar, vinegar, and apple juice until sugar is dissolved. Add mayonnaise and combine until smooth and creamy.
- Toss in the broccoli pieces, walnuts, sunflower seed kernels, and raisins. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
