Ingredients and Preparation:

Broccoli, Fresh 3 pounds
Sugar, granulated 1 1/2 ounces
Vinegar, rice wine 2 Ounces
Apple Juice 3 ounces
Mayonnaise, light 11 ounces
Walnuts, pieces 4 ounces
Sunflower seed kernels, salted 2 ounces
Raisins 2 ounces

Directions:

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into tiny bite sized pieces.
  2. Combine sugar, vinegar, and apple juice until sugar is dissolved. Add mayonnaise and combine until smooth and creamy.
  3. Toss in the broccoli pieces, walnuts, sunflower seed kernels, and raisins. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
